 If they sit one year, most students will actually have calmness of mind, have this quality of practice. But when you try to figure out what is your practice, you have there a problem, or you create problems which do not belong to your practice. If you just sit, there is no problem for most of our students, but sometime you create problem, that's all. And you fight with the problem, that's all [laughs]. You are creating it, actually.
