The joyful mind means a joyful frame of mind. A man of joyful mind is contented with his lot. Even in adversity, he will see bright light and value and never grumbles or complains. He finds some of Buddha's grace in difficult circumstances. He feels pleasure even in painful conditions, and always rejoices.
