Don't Be Fooled

We shouldn’t be fooled by Nansen and Joshu, even though he said, “Everyday life is the true way.” If you are fooled by them, you will say, “Whatever we do, that is the true way. Excerpt from Shunryu Suzuki lecture 69-03-10 as found on, edited by PF. Go to for the Instagram version.
