Student [Evelyn Pepper]: Docho Roshi, you told us yesterday that our bodies should be one with our small mind. Is that right?
SR: When you say, “mind and body,” that body means your physical body, in its limited sense. It is one way of understanding, or viewpoint. We say “mind and body” but actually, it is the same. But if we take a physical viewpoint—this is a body. But if we take a spiritual viewpoint, this body is not just body. It is body and mind too.
